Privacy Policy
Tasbeh Counter: Daily Azkar
1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Tasbeh Counter: Daily Azkar (the “app”) handles information. In short: your dhikr counts, custom Azkar, streaks, reminder times and settings stay on your device and are never sent to us. The app does show advertisements through Google AdMob, and the AdMob service collects certain technical information from your device. Both parts are described in full below.
We do not operate user accounts, and we do not sell your personal information.
2. Information stored on your device
The following is written to a local database (Android Room) in the app's private storage on your device. It is not transmitted to us or to any third party:
- Dhikr and tasbih counts, and counter history
- Custom Azkar you create or edit
- Streak and usage statistics generated inside the app
- Reminder times and notification preferences
- App settings such as theme, sound and vibration choices
Because this data never leaves your device, we have no access to it and cannot retrieve, restore or disclose it.
3. Information collected by Google AdMob
The app displays advertising supplied by Google AdMob using the Google Mobile Ads SDK. When ads are requested and shown, Google — acting as an independent data controller — and its ad partners collect and process the following from your device:

This information is collected by Google under its own terms. Google's handling of it is described at How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services and in the Google Privacy Policy.
We receive only aggregated, non-identifying reporting from AdMob — for example total impressions and revenue. We do not receive your advertising ID or any information that identifies you.
4. Advertising cookies and identifiers
Google and its partners may use advertising identifiers and similar technology to serve ads based on your prior use of this or other apps and websites. If you do not consent to personalised advertising, or you opt out as described below, ads are still shown but are non-personalised — selected from the general context rather than from your interests.
5. Your choices and how to opt out
- On your Android device: open Settings → Google → Ads, then choose Delete advertising ID or Reset advertising ID. Deleting the ID stops apps from receiving it for personalised advertising.
- Across Google services: manage your preferences at adssettings.google.com.
- If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland: the app presents a consent request before personalised ads are served, using Google's User Messaging Platform. You may change or withdraw that choice at any time from the app's privacy or settings screen.
- To remove all locally stored data: uninstall the app, or open Settings → Apps → Tasbeh Counter: Daily Azkar → Storage → Clear data.

The app does not request access to your precise location, camera, microphone, contacts, photos, files, or any other sensitive permission.
7. Data retention and deletion
Data stored on your device is kept until you delete it — by clearing the counters in the app, clearing the app's data, or uninstalling the app. There is no server-side copy, so no deletion request to us is necessary or possible.
Advertising data collected by Google is retained under Google's own retention schedule, described in the Google Privacy Policy. Requests concerning that data should be directed to Google.
8. Security
App data is held in the app's private storage area, which Android isolates from other applications on the device. Communication with Google's advertising servers is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
The app is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us at ikeen14@gmail.com and we will act on it.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live — for example under the GDPR in the EEA and UK, or the CCPA/CPRA in California — you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to object to it. Because the app keeps its data on your device, you can exercise access and deletion directly at any time. For requests relating to advertising data held by Google, contact Google using the links in this policy. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising beyond the AdMob processing described in Section 3.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the app, in ad platform requirements, or in applicable law. The revised version will be posted at this address with an updated “Last updated” date. Material changes will also be noted inside the app.
